Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

You may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount to secure your booking. Details will be provided during the booking process.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or on-site payment with a 50% deposit. Any remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the latest.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 15 days before the arrival date can be rescheduled based on availability.

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the property, facilities, and other guests during their stay.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.
