Cancellation policy

• Cancellations & Refunds

Confirmed reservations cannot be canceled, and any amounts paid (deposit or full payment) are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling

If a cancellation request is made at least 30 days prior to the reserved date, Utopia Lake View may, at its sole discretion, offer the option to reschedule. The new date will be set by mutual agreement and assigned based on the first available slot in our calendar, with no additional costs. This option is a courtesy provided by us and does not represent a contractual obligation.

• Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, any amounts already paid remain non-refundable. Any potential rescheduling is subject to the sole discretion of Utopia Lake View and will only be possible depending on calendar availability.
